[edit] Status of non-contiguous states and territories

Is it just me, or is the status of PR, VI, AK, HI, etc., a little hard to figure out? The addition of 3 more numbers in the middle of these floating states and territories would help a lot, I think. -- Beland 02:08, 16 July 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Comment on the above thread

I was a little confused when I read this thread and checked out the page history, because it seems as if no editing had occurred that would justify Russ Blau's comments. Then I checked out the image and its history, and all became clear: Russ Blau edited the image to add in numbers next to the floating states and territories.

[edit] United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces

Despite its name, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces is not actually a United States court of appeals. (Ya gotta love our Congress!) So I'm fixing the template to remove it. --Russ Blau (talk) 19:11, 27 September 2005 (UTC)
