Regarding the request for a new templated infobox: I think it would be nice to have used a pre-made ship info template, it would have saved me a lot of time, but I found it very difficult to clearly organize the information using the recommended template which was present when I started editing the page. To solve that problem I attempted to recreate the ship info box used by the Iowa battleship page which is class-b rated. If someone feels they can use the existing templates for the ship info boxes to present the information in a clear manner then I recommend they do so as soon as possible since uniformity in presentation is definetly a benefit for people trying to find information quickly.
