Unclear where the Fir is located. Has been listed within List of National Historic Landmarks in New York, but NHL nomination study states Fir is in operation off Washington and Oregon states.doncram 05:17, 3 September 2007 (UTC)

Was eventually identified definitively to be in California, article updated, NHL lists updated. doncram (talk) 17:32, 7 April 2008 (UTC)
