Description
English: Augusta Bay, Sicily (Mar. 18, 2003) — Four U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) patrol boats sit aboard a commercial cargo vessel ready to be offloaded. The patrol boats were shipped from various USCG bases in the U.S. for duty in the Mediterranean. The boats and crews have been forward deployed to protect ports frequented by the United States and it's allies, who are in the region-conducting missions in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
