A USB connector can be any of these types:
The Type A plug typically connects a cable to a desktop or laptop computer. The end is a wide, flat rectangle.
The Type B plug generally goes into a for larger, typically stationary devices such as a printer or MIDI keyboard.
Mini-USB and micro-USB is most often used to a portable device such as a camera or digital audio player. The end looks like a wide grin.
