The Usambara Blue-bellied Frog (Hoplophryne rogersi) is a species of frog in the Microhylidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, heavily degraded former forest, and introduced vegetation. It is threatened by habitat loss.
