USAG compulsory routines

The USAG compulsory routines are the required routines for competition in USAG and JO levels 1-6. Typically gymnasts compete levels four, five, and six, however, in some regions, competitions can be as early as level 2.

If a competitor touches the ground at anytime during the balance beam routine, there is an automatic deduction.

  • Cross Handstand hold 1 second, finish, kick in frount and then in back with arms out
