English: Santa Rosa Dam and Lake on the Pecos River in Guadalupe County, New Mexico, USA. The dam is located approximately 7 miles (11.2 km) north of the city of Santa Rosa, New Mexico. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers constructed the dam for flood control and recreation on the Pecos River. View is upriver to the north.
