English: Aerial view of Lewisville Lake and Dam on the Elm Fork of the Trinity River in Denton County, Texas, USA. The lake is located near the town of Lewisville about 20 miles (32 km) north of Dallas. The dam was constructed in 1954 by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for flood control and water supply.
