[edit] Replace & modify

As per this conversation, I have replaced the navbox in the form of an infobox this template used to be with Template:US Navy navbox, and converted this template into a real infobox. I've kept the old template with noinclude tags only for reference. bahamut0013♠♣ 20:34, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
