My main concern(s) now is/are that the intro section is long enough to be a good stub articel on its own and rather overwhelming. The first paragraph of it would make a good intro and the rest of the information could be another section, or follow the ToC.
Secondly, some phrases sound a little "popular press"-ish (EG. "If all this sounds incredibly expensive", "That's why the site", etc.).
Having said that, I appreciate the tone of your message and the quality of the articel's contents. 68.39.174.238 (talk) 20:47, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
- OK, see if this is better. I split up the intro and paraphrased some of the more dramatic quotes.Howard C. Berkowitz (talk) 21:27, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

- Excellent. One last thing: I would move the page to "Intelligence Community" is uppercased as a proper name. I don't know if "US" should be spelled out or not. 68.39.174.238 (talk) 14:38, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
