It seems like this article is more of an advertisement than an encyclopedia entry; it sounds more like a brochure to encourage people to try-out than anything else. I would suggest editing this article to better reflect a quality Wiki entry; expanding on the history of the program, excluding the "What are the benefits...?" section, and editing some of the other sections would make this much less of an advertisement for the ODP program.

[edit] Well this is pretty much the truth
