The image US_Krag_M1892_rifle.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (WegianWarrior 10:02, 5 September 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

It is of low resolution, and thus not suited for high quality reproduction.
It is used only for informational and educational purposes only.
No public domain photo or drawing of the various US Krag-Jørgensen rifles has been found.
Attempts to contact the owner of the site housing the oringial photo has not been replied to.

In addition, I, the uploader, feels that the drawings adds a lot to the article, allowing people to visualise the US Krag-Jørgensen
