It is wholly unnecessary to use the current Chief Justice of the United States as a symbol to represent ALL judges. I suggest that you either design an original graphic to represent justice in general such as this:
It would thereby make the stub template appear as:

The current symbol is also used for a number of things, could we put up someone like Marshal? He's been gone long enough I don't think people would see him as being a partizan symbol. 68.39.174.238 (talk) 10:20, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
