This image is of artwork contained on the card Mind Over Matter; the copyright is owned by Wizards of The Coast inc. I, Dustin Jones, believe that the use of this image constitutes Fair Use because:

The reproduction of the images here in no way infringes on the ability of the copyright holder (Wizards of the Coast), nor the retailers who deal directly with consumers, to sell the physical card involved and profit from the game.
The image in question is scanned at a low resolution.
The images of the cards pictured here are widely distributed and are visible in many places on the Internet, and the copyright holder has historically tolerated this online reproduction of unaltered images of such cards.
