I have created this page for this band, I am aware there was once one before not too long ago. Obviously whoever made the page the first time didn't assert the notability of this band and hence, the page's understandable deletion.

I shall assert their notability. In [WP:Band]'s Criteria for musicians and ensembles, Criteria Number 6 "Contains at least one member who was once a part of or later joined a band that is otherwise notable"

Dominic St. Charles is a former member of The Electric Hellfire Club. That alone qualifies them.

Criteria Number Ten: "Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, e.g. a theme for a network television show, performance in a television show..."

They appear on an A&E Boigraphy on vampires, due out this fall. Once more info on this is available, I'll post links to it.
