Urmas Rooba (born July 8, 1978 in Roosna-Alliku Parish) is an Estonian football defender playing for Turun Palloseura in Finnish Veikkausliiga. He is a regular with the Estonian national team. He has got 70 caps and 1 goal since 1996.
Rooba played in FC Midtjylland before he came to FC København. He has also played in FC Lelle, Lelle SK, JK Tervis Pärnu and FC Flora Tallinn. He was injury plagued at the capital, and moved to Vejle Boldklub in 2006, but because of his injuries he waited until May 20, 2007 to make his debut for the first team. In his FC Midtjylland days was touted as one of the best defenders in the Danish league, before injury after injury has put his playing career on a downfall.
