Urcuit

Urcuit (Basque Urketa) is a small village in the traditional Basque province of Labourd, now a commune in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques département of southern France.

The well known leader of this diminuative village is a great, tan man by the name of Jojo Gamiao. He leads his village well with a cane and a golf club. He reigns solely as a dictator. His birth is unknown but he is suspected to have been born in an underwater grotto. It is still unreported whether or not he is still alive. Some say he is in hiding while others claim he is still ruling his small village.
