Urbana sistem is a modern realistic self defense system developed in Croatia (Europe) by Sensei Miro Zdunic, M.G.R.Y. (3. Dan Ju-Jitsu, 2. Dan Aiki-Jitsu, Combat Arnis Instructor).
In its core, Urbana is comprised of a score of martial arts, with emphasis on Ju-Jitsu, Wing Chun, Aikido and Arnis (Escrima, Kali).
Of all of these martial arts only the most realistic techniques were selected and incorporated in Urbana sistem. It is defined by its short and quick techniques, without unnecessary movement and theatrality which, when applied correctly, leave no time for the attacker to react to them.
Main goal of Urbana as a self defence system is to disable the attacker in shortest possible time using any means necessary to ensure your safety.
