Uralloor or Urallur is a place near to Koyilandi in Kozhikode district in Kerala state, India and is included in the Arikkulam Panchayath.

[edit] How to reach
There is regular bus service from Koyilandi New bus stand from 7AM to 9 PM Koyilandi is one of the major city of Kozhikode district and is placed beside the NH, 25 KM away from Kozhikode (Calicut) city. Urallur is almost 8 KM from Koyilandi (Bus fare is 4 rupees).
There are regular bus service from Koyilandi towards Naduvannur and Perambra which will go through Urallur.

Most of the people in olden days completely depend on the agriculture. Now the income from agriculture is less and most of the new generation depends on the revenue from abroad, hence this area is a strong financial area. Besides there are Doctors, Engineers, Govt servants, Business men etc also available.

People of this side are very innocent and almost all Political parties of the State has strong influence. Majority of the people belongs to Communit party (CPIM), then there are strong followers for INC, BJP, IUML, Janadadel, CPI etc. The Arikkulam Grama Panchayath is ruled by CPIM but the only opposition is from Urallur and this member is from INC.

Major landmarks of this place includes an LP School named Urallur Mappila LP School and a tile factory named apsicos.

The period from February to March is the major festival season. Edavanakkulangara Bhagavathi temple famous for Azhimurithira, then Naduvilakkandy temple festival, Cheruvott temple etc.
Urallur Vishnu temple has annual Karpooraradhana in the Mandala season. The two mosques in the Urallur celebrate various time related festivals related to the community.
