Upsilon Phi Delta is the national academic honor society for students in healthcare administration. It is administered by the Association of University Programs in Health Administration in the United States. The name is derived from the Greek words for health, care and administration.

The organization was formed to further the professional competence and dedication of the individual members in and for the profession of health administration. The official colors of Upsilon Phi Delta are crimson red and cobalt blue. The official flower is the rose.
