Upsilon Ceti (υ Cet / υ Cet) is a Class K5, fourth-magnitude star in the constellation Cetus. It is sometimes called by the Latin name Aquae Abyssi, meaning "Waters of the Deep", or Abyssus Aqueus, meaning "The Watery Deep", giving reference to the abode of Cetus the whale (sea monster).

Upsilon Ceti is a red-orange giant star located about 300 light-years from Earth.
