Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of a logo.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to publicize the University of the Philippines in any way.
3. The logo is significant because it is a one-of-a-kind logo specially designed for the public high school in the Philippines, and well-represents the University of the Philippines pictured.
