Upper Canada Mall is a shopping mall located in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, at the intersection of Davis Drive and Yonge Street. The mall is owned and operated by Ivanhoe Cambridge, one of the largest shopping centre development companies in Canada. It opened in 1974, at which time its layout was a north-south arrangement with two sunken sitting areas surrounded by brick planters on the lower level. The mall underwent a major expansion in 1989/90, and a further expansion with an additional 100,000 ft² it was officially opened on November 8, 2007.

During the current expansion and redevelopment, the current Toys "R" Us store expanded, and will eventually become the largest Toys "R" Us store in Canada[1].
