Unwired enterprise is a term used to refer to tools and server products for thick offline mobile client applications that extend enterprise applications to a variety of small and big devices in use by mobile workforce. Even though the wireless network is more ubiquitous, the characteristics of the wireless transmissions require that client applications are able to deal with any network unavailability seamlessly without interfering with application core functionality.
