Unterseeboot 76

Unterseeboot 76 or U-76 has been the name of several German submarines or U-boats during the First World War and the Second World War.

  • Unterseeboot 76 (1916) was built in 1916 and operated in the First Battle of the Atlantic during the First World War before being foundered in 1917.
    • During the First World War, Germany also operated two other U-boats with similar designations:
      • Unterseeboot B-76 was built in 1917 and surrendered in 1919.
      • Unterseeboot C-76 was built in 1916 and surrendered in 1918.
