Unterseeboot 73

Unterseeboot 73 or U-73 has been the name of several German submarines or U-boats during the First World War and the Second World War.

  • Unterseeboot 73 (1915) was built in 1915 and operated in the First Battle of the Atlantic during the First World War before being scuttled in 1918.
    • During the First World War, Germany also operated two other U-boats with similar designations:
      • Unterseeboot B-73 was built in 1917 and surrendered in 1918.
      • Unterseeboot C-73 was built in 1916 and surrendered in 1919.
