Unterseeboot 520

Unterseeboot 520 was a World War II German submarine.[1] She was sunk, by aircraft, on October 30, 1942 27 miles east of St. John's Newfoundland.

A January 18, 2006 article in the Edmonton Journal reported that a team of divers planned to search for U-520 and another U-boat, U-190.[1]
