Unterseeboot 35 (usually abbreviated to U-35) was a German Type VIIA U-boat built before World War II.
U-35 was built at the Germaniawerft in Kiel during 1936, and was ready for service later the same year.

On November 29, 1939 U-35 was scuttled by its crew in the North Sea, in position , after a depth charge attack from the British destroyers HMS Kingston, HMS Icarus and HMS Kashmir. All 43 hands on board survived.
