true or not, i do not know...as for dead bodies (animals as well) used in film,
  • Apocalypse now (cow gets killed)
  • "cannibal holocaust" (turtle dies)
  • Twilight zone (main actor gets killed in helicopter accident (cant recall if it was in the final cut
  • Many snuff films...
