Unjalaur is a panchayat town in Erode district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

As of 2001 India census[1], Unjalaur had a population of 2628. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Unjalaur has an average literacy rate of 72%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 82%, and female literacy is 61%. In Unjalaur, 6% of the population is under 6 years of age.
