Give me a break. The number of catholics in the RUC has always been miniascule. They was a community consensus against joining it, and consequently it was both rare and unusual for catholics to do so. UnitedRepublic 14:24, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Hi United! You're welcome to stay and edit articles here (thanks for doing so already), but please don't add "point of view" edits, such as saying that Ireland's army was brave. Generally, we prefer a neutral point of view, for example, instead of saying that the army was brave, say the brave things they did (with sources!), so the reader can decide.
