Univerzitetsko Selo or University Village (Serbian Cyrillic: Универзитетско Село) is a projected new urban neighborhood of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia. The first officially planned new neighborhood of Belgrade after 12 years, it will be located in Belgrade's municipality of Novi Beograd

Univerzitetsko Selo will be built in the Novi Beograd's Block 67. It will be bounded by the streets of Jurija Gagarina, Milutina Milankovića and Omladinskih brigada.

Univerzitetsko Selo is projected for the participants of the 2009 Summer Universiade in Belgrade. Construction should begin on April 15, 2007 and the latest deadline for the completion of all works is May 2009.
The neighborhood will have three zones: residential, international and free zone. It will cover 140,000 square metres and will have 2,100 condos for 9,000 sportsmen. Also, within the complex, computer center, two 10-storeys business towers, post office, underground garages, hair and beauty salons, trim trail, etc. will be built.
City government plans to make Univerzitetsko Selo a fully functional residential neighborhood for 6,000 inhabitants after the Universiade, so from 2009 new school, kindergarten, retirement home, etc. will be built too.
