University of Warwick Science Park

Opened in 1984, the University of Warwick Science Park is a joint venture between the University of Warwick and local authorities. It is now home to 130 High Technology Companies and employs a total workforce of 1,860.
In addition to the Science Park next to the University's campus, two other centres have been opened:
- An Innovation Centre opened at Warwick Technology Park in 1997 with further developments in 1999 & 2001 providing 45,000 sq ft (4,200 m²) of lettable space. The centre is fully let to 31 companies.
- A 34,000 sq ft (3,200 m²) Business Innovation Centre at Binley, Coventry opened in April 2000.
Furthermore, the Science Park manages a 30,000 sq ft (3,000 m²) Innovation Centre at Blythe Valley Business Park on behalf of Solihull Borough Council, Prologis Developments Ltd & British Land.
