The University of Urbino "Carlo Bo" (Italian Università degli Studi di Urbino "Carlo Bo", UNIURB) is the university of Urbino, a small Renaissance city in the region of Le Marche, in the north-eastern part of central Italy. It was founded in 1506, and currently has around 22,000 students, many of whom are foreigners. The University of Urbino has traditionally given precedence to studies in the humanities and is especially renowned for its courses in Italian language.
