From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law is a scholarly journal focusing on issues of constitutional law published by an organization of second- and third-year J.D. students at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Volume 10 will be published during the 2007-08 academic year. The Journal publishes five issues each volume, including an issue or issues devoted to the Journal's symposium. The Journal is one of five major scholarly journals at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and one of the top fifty law journals in the United States based on citations and impact.[1]

The Journal is published in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, site of the Constitutional Convention of 1787 and home of the Liberty Bell, which graces the cover of the Journal. The Journal is led by Editor-in-Chief Nabeel Yousef and Managing Editor Doron P. Kenter. In 2008-2009, Jeremy Adler will take the reins as Editor-in-Chief, and Kim Yuhas will assume the position of Managing Editor.

Also in Volume 11, the Journal will launch two new websites under the guidance of Megan Hall, who will be the Journal's first Online Content Editor.
