The University of Idaho College of Law, is located in Moscow, Idaho, and is currently the only law school in Idaho. The College of Law was established in 1909, and has been accredited by the American Bar Association since 1925. The College of Law has in excess of 3000 living alumni.
The College of Law is a "tier three" law school, and graduates tend to practice in the State of Idaho, as the College of Law aims for a 60% quota of law students being residents. The cost of tuition is $10,200 for Idaho residents, and $20,280 for non-residents. [1] Students seeking to gain residency after their first year should note that Idaho residency requirements now necessitate living in Idaho for one year for non-educational purposes. [2] The average debt of College of Law graduates is $51,000, slightly below the national average. [3]
