The University of Computer Studies, Yangon is the top IT and computer science university in Yangon, Burma, near Yangon University Hlaing Campus. Bachellor degree students have to attend at Hlaw Kar Campus. To enroll at this university, students must score at least 370 of 500 points on the Basic Education High School (BEHS) or Matriculation exam.

Originated from UCC (Universities' Computer Center) in 1971, on her original location next to Yangon University Hlaing Campus. In 1988 March, changed the name to Institute of Computer Science and Technolgoy (ICST), and offering Diploma, Bachelor Degree studies. University of Computer Studies, Yangon is the official name now, since she was promoted to University in 2001.
