University Mall (Orem, Utah)

University Mall is a two-story shopping mall located in Orem, Utah. Opening for business in March, 1973, It was named due to its close proximity to Brigham Young University even though now it is even closer to UVSC. Anchor stores include, Macy's (formerly ZCMI; then Meier & Frank), Mervyn's, Nordstrom, and The Sports Authority. The mall is owned, managed and leased out by Woodbury Corporation. With 1,191,574 square feet (110,700.8 m²) of retail space, it is the largest shopping mall in the state of Utah.[1]
