The University hospital of North Norway (Norwegian: Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge) or UNN located in Tromsø, Norway, is a hospital and health trust and part of the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority.

UNN is the regional hospital of the northern health region, which includes the counties of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark, with a population of 465,000. The hospital also provides local hospital services to the 130,000 inhabitants of the Tromsø area.
