University Heights, Cincinnati, primarily a residential neighborhood, follows Clifton Avenue, North of Calhoun Street to Dixmyth Avenue (including the University of Cincinnati). University Heights is home to Good Samaritan Hospital and the University of Cincinnati, as well as a plethora of diverse housing options. A large percentage of local residents attend the University of Cincinnati. Residents of this community are represented by The Heights Community Council.
