University Alliance (US) is the United States' largest E-learning provider of degree and certificate programs from accredited universities, including undergraduate, masters and certificate programs.
University Alliance is a division of Bisk Education of Tampa, Florida.

University Alliance provides an infrastructure for established, accredited universities around the country to offer their courses and programs online. Said infrastructure includes:
- Instructional Design - University Alliance's instructional designers work directly with professors to develop online course materials
- Media Production - Video and audio lectures by professors are recorded and edited at in-house production facilities
- Online/Technical - University Alliance provides a secure and redundant online E-learning system, including Flash-based lecture modules provided via the Web and CD and Web-based classroom communities (message boards, messaging, chat, etc.)
- Customer Service/Support
