The Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (in English Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul), also known as UFMS, is a public university, located in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul state, Brazil.

The university was founded on July 4, 1979, after Mato Grosso do Sul separated from Mato Grosso state.

The university has six campuses, which are located in Campo Grande, Aquidauana, Corumbá, Coxim, Paranaíba and Três Lagoas.
