Universidade Estadual do Ceará

The Universidade Estadual do Ceará (UECe) is the second largest university in the State of Ceará, Brazil. The university has 26 undergraduate academic programs, and several graduate-level programs.

The main campus of the university is in Itaperi, a neighborhood of Fortaleza. The UECe has more than 21 000 students, being 18 000 undergraduate students, and more than 3 000 graduate students.
