The Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana (The Cloister of Sor Juana University) is a small liberal arts university in downtown Mexico City. It has remained completely free of any kind of political or religious influence, while deeply compromised with its social environment. Among its Faculty it has featured : Roberto Bolado, Eduardo Milán.
It has as well been a pioneer in the "rescue" of Mexico City Historical City Center, acknowledged by UNESCO as World Heritage. Since its beginning it has become a thriving hub of contemporary art and culture.
