Universal Energy Corporation is a Canadian traded company. UEG focused on long-term sales of residential, commercial, and industrial natural gas.

Their aggressive door to door marketing tactics of fixed-rate plans have led to much debate e.g. in Toronto Several consumer groups have debated if UEG is more focussed on bottom-line profits vs public (consumer) interest.
