From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nebraska, a rural Great Plains state, is a Republican and conservative stronghold. Hence, voters here gave an overwhelming victory to George W. Bush, who won more than twice the share of vote won by its challenger, John F. Kerry. The president even increased his margin of victory, from 29% in 2000 to 33% in 2004.
Statewide winner in bold. See main article : U.S. presidential election, 2004.
