The United States U-17 men's national soccer team is the national under-17 football team of the United States of America and is controlled by the United States Soccer Federation. The team competes in the FIFA U-17 World Cup, held every two years.
Beginning with the 1999 team, the majority of the U-17 national team in complemented by the players from the IMG Soccer Academy in Bradenton, FL.
During the 1999 tournament, the US possessed the tournaments Golden Ball Winner (Landon Donovan), as well as the tournaments silver ball winner, (Damarcus Beasley).
