United States Trade and Development Agency

The United States Trade and Development Agency is an independent agency of the federal government of the United States.[1] Its stated mission is to "advance economic development and U.S. commercial interests in developing and middle-income countries".[2] It was created by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.[2][3]
