The United States Senate election of 2000 in Massachusetts was held on November 7, 2000 with the incumbent Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy defeating his challengers.

- Senator Ted Kennedy - incumbent Senator elected in 1962 and reelected in 1964 1970, 1976, 1982, 1988, and 1994. Ran for president in 1980, and was subsequently reelected in 2006.
- Jack E. Robinson- Frequent Candidate in Massachusetts, suffered an embarressing Domestic scandal during the campaign.
